Eligibility

Tyres must be returned within 2 weeks from the purchase date, or before 500km of usage, whichever comes first, to enjoy this benefit.
Customers' Obligations

Returns can only be made at the same dealership where the original tyres were purchased. Consumers can only opt for an exchange of another set of 4 pcs of Goodyear tyres. There will be no cash refunds.

A service charge of RM10.00 per tyre for dismounting, mounting and balancing will be borne by the purchaser. Any claim/exchange must accompanied by the Risk Free Trial certificate of Warranty.

Terms & Conditions

Risk Free Trial is deemed invalid when:

  • Tyre shows sign of being repaired for puncture.
  • Tyre has been damaged due to curbing.
  • Sidewall has been cut.
  • Tyre was involved in an accident and collision.
  • Severe uneven wear due to vehicle mechanical failure.

This Risk Free Trial is applicable only in Malaysia. No representative or dealer has the authority to make any representation, promise or agreement on behalf on Goodyear except as stated herein.
