Treadlife Warranty For GT3

This Treadlife Warranty assures users that they will get 70,000km out of the new GT3 fitted in their vehicles. Goodyear will compensate the users if the tread remaining of the GT3 on their cars reaches the tread wear indicator (TWI) before delivering 70,000km.
 
Eligibility
All Goodyear GT3 tyres sold in Malaysia are covered under this warranty.
 
Customers'Obligations

It's the car owner's responsibility to ensure that all GT3 tyres fitted in their vehicles are rotated, balanced and aligned EVERY 10,000km and to maintain proper record of tyre rotation in the Certificate provided.

The Certificate must also contained the company stamp of the dealer who has provided the rotation, balancing and alignment services.

All labour charges related to removal, fixing and balancing of tire are to be borne by the car owners.
Where to get the Treadlife Warranty

FIRST. Visit the authorized Goodyear Goodyear Servitekar, TyarPro and Fulda Center where you originally purchased the tyre.

SECOND. If you are unable to return to the original dealer, you can visit any Goodyear Servitekar, TayarPro, Fulda Center where the dealer will honour the Treadlife Warranty.

In the event of claim, car owners must present both the Treadlife Warranty Certificate and the used tyre. Once the adjustment percentage is determined, the replacement value for a new tyre will be based on the Treadlife Warranty Chart provided by Goodyear. The chart is available at the dealer's shop for reference.
WTerms & Conditions

This warranty is deemed invalid and does not cover the following:

  • Loss of the Treadlife Warranty Certificate
  • Failure to prove tires were rotated at every 10,000km as stipulated in the customer's obligation.
  • Failure to balance, rotate and align the tires.
  • Tyre damge due to punctures, cuts or accidents.
  • Improper inflation, overloading, mis-application, misuse or negligence

This Treadlife Warranty is applicable only in Malaysia. No representative or dealer has the authority to make any representation, promise or agreement on behalf on Goodyear except as stated herein.
