Factory Accounting – Accountant

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintaining proper manufacturing records on product costing which encompasses preparatory and process accounting, waste accounting and conduct investigations, audits and analysis of purposes of cost studies, variance analysis and cost projections and conduct monthly closing of factory accounts and preparation of reports. 2. He/She will involves in preparation of schedule costs changed on quarterly/semi annual basis and to furnish relevant information to management of those changes. 3. Regularly update to ensure fair and accurate costing, incorporate all process of policy changes that deem necessary and recommends improvements e.g process inventory, balances, allocations/ distributions of overheads. The preparation will include the transfer price update and any other related information before every quarter announcement. 4. Coordinating and performing monthly financial closing activities and to ensure financial closing and all internal monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting on time. 5. Accountable for manufacturing accounting journal for month-end closing purposes which included voucher preparation and posting related to process accounts and other information as per required in ensuring books and records reflect the true state of affairs of the company's financial standing and the records comply with both local GAAP (MASB/IFRS) and US GAAP where applicable. 6. Ensuring the factory accounting's internal control structure is in place, functioning effectively and appropriately tested in accordance with SOX. Ensuring that identified control and internal audit gaps are re-mediated on a timely basis. If required, to evaluate specific transactions that may take place of which they affect the financial accounting and reporting, by assessing the proper accounting treatment of those particular transition. 7. Supervising & coordinating - inventory balances for WIP, Raw material and Manufacturing stock-in tire from Production to Warehouse on monthly basis (i.e performance cycle/stock count, review valuation price activities on regular basis and other reporting related to inventory)

Job requirement

Required skill:- 1. Proficiency in MS Excel (advance) and SAP. 2. Ability to analyze and grasp a situation quickly from different perspective and create well-reasoned solutions. 3. Demonstrates ethical and moral behavior, unquestionable integrity and character. 4. Ability to present ideas and complex, technical information clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences including ability to support accounting decisions with logical evidence and persuasively present position and respective journal entries. 5. Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly.

Material Process Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Planning, managing and coordinating the Quality function within the Business Center, through partnership with Business Center Manager and Engineering counterpart. 2. Responsible to ensure compounds (internal/external mix, inclusive of formation, mixing and processing parameter) and stock preparation components are released following the Goodyear standard. 3. Ensuring correct cure time and cure level assigned and tire is released and cured complying to Goodyear standard. 4. Establishing review and tracking improvement, follow-up initiatives in the business center to meet Quality objectives and complying to the PPQ and customer's requirement. 5. Driving and build a competent team for business centers through training, coaching and certification. 6. Maintaining partnership with business counterpart to achieve plant and quality objectives cost effectively and safely.

Job requirement

1. Experience in Quality Management and process improvement is a must. 2. Possess strategic planning, resource allocation and people coordination skill. 3. Sound knowledge of procedure on personal safety, health and ergonomic.
