FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION (FAQ’S)

1. What are the type of damages that will be covered by Goodyear Worry Free Assurance (WFA)?
Answer: The Goodyear WFA program will cover road hazard damage that is damaged beyond repair caused by road hazards such as potholes or sharp objects e.g. nails during the course of normal driving.

2. How long is the validity period for the Goodyear WFA?
Answer: The Goodyear WFA has a 12-month validity period effective from the date of purchase. Please retain the WFA card and receipt of tyre purchase for claim purposes.

3. What are the items not covered under Goodyear WFA?
Answer: All the labour charges (removal, fixing and balancing of tyre), tyre valves and accessories shall be borne by the purchaser.

4. What are the damages not covered under the Goodyear WFA?
Answer: Tyre damages due to vehicle collision, fire, vandalism, track racing and theft are not applicable under the Goodyear WFA.

5. Can I still get my tyre replaced if I have lost the Goodyear WFA card and/or the original receipt of tyre purchase?
Answer: No. You must present your WFA card or print out of your WFA online registration together with original receipt of purchased tyres and the damaged tyre that requires replacement. If you lose any of these items, your tyre cannot be replaced.

6. How do I register and ensure my Worry Free Assurance (WFA) is activated and valid?
Answer: Upon purchase of any Goodyear consumer tyres, buyers must self-register for WFA at www.goodyear.com.my/register-your-tyres. Failure to do so will void your WFA coverage.
